Misr University for Science and Technology Shines in the QS Arab University Rankings 2026

In a new achievement that adds to its distinguished record of excellence, Misr University for Science and Technology (MUST) has been included in the QS Arab University Rankings 2026, within the (201–250) category. This recognition reflects the university’s continuous institutional efforts to enhance the quality of education, strengthen scientific research, and expand its regional and international presence.

The results were announced during the QS Arab Universities Summit 2025, hosted by the Sultanate of Oman on October 15–16, 2025, with the participation of a distinguished group of Arab and Egyptian university presidents and international ranking experts. The conference included a series of specialized workshops aimed at exchanging best practices in academic assessment and institutional development.

During the summit, Prof. Dr. Hala El-Menoufi, President of the University, received the official evaluation, expressing her pride in this accomplishment, which represents a strategic milestone in the university’s journey toward regional leadership. She emphasized that this international recognition is the result of collective and dedicated efforts by faculty and staff, all working under a visionary institutional strategy grounded in global standards of quality and academic accreditation. Dr. El-Menoufi added that the university remains committed to advancing its academic and research systems and strengthening international partnerships, thereby reinforcing its position as a pioneering educational institution capable of competing on both regional and global levels
